On placing an order with Animals in Focus you will be automatically be sent a confirmation email to the address supplied with details and price, this will be followed by a dispatch (or other) email so you can always know the status of your order. Orders can also be checked by logging into our website after ordering.
We accept payment online exclusively through PayPal which provides an extremely secure service to online shoppers. When ordering, all transactions are processed directly by www.paypal.com and your payment details remain unknown to us as the seller. We endeavour to protect your photographs during transit. If however, they are damaged during shipping, we will replace the damaged prints at no additional cost to you. We do ask that you contact us as soon as you receive them and that the damaged prints are returned to us. Orders are generally printed within a week.
